Most recently, Richards served as a Lifestyle Advisor at Watersong where she was part of a team which increased community occupancy significantly through 2011 and early 2012. In her new position, Richards will oversee all daily operations for the retirement community. Her immediate priorities include growing the community’s nationally recognized wellness program, and identifying opportunities for philanthropic and strategic involvement among organizations located in Brevard County.

Ryder is an experienced marketing professional who has spent years serving older adults in the greater Melbourne area.
